I offer four weekly classes. Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm and Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9.30am. I provide yoga bolsters, blocks, and yoga straps to support your practice, however please do bring a mat along if you have one.
I do keep a few spare mats on hand just incase. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any queries.
Sharing the teachings of Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, the classes change a little each week, with a mix of mindful movement, playful exploration, breathing techniques, restorative postures and awareness of the mind body connection, so you can leave feeling more centered and relaxed. As I honour all bodies and levels of yoga experience, modifications are given so that students are supported whatever their needs may be.
