OFFERINGS
I offer five weekly one-hour classes. Monday evenings at 6.30pm, Tuesday Sunrise yoga at 6.00am (Term 4 & 1 only) Tuesday at 9.15am and Thursday mornings at 9.15am and Chair Yoga at 11.15am.
I provide yoga bolsters, blocks, and yoga straps to support your practice, however, please do bring a mat along if you have one.
I do keep a few spare mats on hand just in case. A mat is not needed for Chair Yoga. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any queries.

Please be aware that my classes usually follow the school term. I do offer a limited schedule at times during the holiday break. The schedule will be updated on the website and app or you can check my instagram page, yogawithselena for updates.
CLASS SESSION
Sharing the teachings of Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, the classes change a little each week, with a mix of mindful movement, playful exploration, breathing techniques, restorative postures and awareness of the mind body connection, so you can leave feeling more centered and relaxed. As I honour all bodies and levels of yoga experience, modifications are given so that students are supported whatever their needs may be.
